Ascend Pro Health is a non-CQC regulated mental health support service led by Lucia Williams, Caseworker, providing tailored support to ndividuals with mental health and complex needs. Through a collaborative and person-centred approach, I carry out comprehensive casework assessments on behalf of employers and other relevant organisations, supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs. This ensures that each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals are fully understood and respected. Partnership is at the heart of my work. I work closely with a wide range of professionals and relevant organisations to achieve the best possible health and wellbeing outcomes for the individuals I support.
